Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of personal information held by EduEra, including information submitted through our website or a Facebook or Instagram lead form.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@eduera.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the name, phone number, or email address used when contacting EduEra so we can locate the correct record.
3. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request concerns your data.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request and delete or anonymize eligible personal information from active EduEra systems. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations and will explain any applicable exception.

Facebook settings

You can also review or remove connected business integrations from your Facebook settings. Removing an integration does not automatically delete information previously provided to EduEra, so contact us using the process above for deletion from EduEra's systems.
