Our services

EduEra provides information, counseling, eligibility guidance, document support, and application assistance. University admission, scholarships, visas, and processing times are controlled by the relevant institutions and authorities. EduEra cannot guarantee any particular outcome.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information; submit authentic documents; review application details before submission; and meet deadlines communicated by EduEra or an institution.

Fees and third-party costs

Any paid EduEra service, refund condition, or payment schedule will be communicated before purchase. University, translation, legalization, visa, travel, and other third-party charges are separate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful material, interfere with service operation, or use EduEra content in violation of applicable law.

Information and availability

We work to keep program, tuition, and admissions information accurate, but institutions may change requirements without notice. Services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or circumstances outside our control.
