EduEra provides educational counseling and university application support. This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through our website, Meta lead forms, and admissions communications.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, Egyptian mobile number, email address, academic grade, exam round, preferred study language, field of interest, degree level, budget priority, city preference, and the details you share with our counselors. We also retain campaign attribution supplied in a website link so we can understand which outreach led to an inquiry. When you submit a Meta lead form or message EduEra through Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct, Meta also provides identifiers and message content needed to retrieve, route, and respond to your inquiry.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and provide educational counseling.
• Assess eligibility and recommend suitable universities or programs.
• Support applications and communicate progress through our admissions process.
• Measure and improve our lead and admissions services.
• Protect our systems, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Meta leads, messages, and measurement

If you contact EduEra through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Messenger, or Instagram Direct, we retrieve the submitted lead or conversation through Meta's APIs and store it in our admissions CRM so authorized counselors can respond. We may send hashed contact identifiers and admissions-stage events back to Meta through its Conversions API for measurement and campaign optimization. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and sharing

Our website and admissions CRM are hosted using Cloudflare services. Authorized EduEra personnel can access admissions records. We share information only with service providers that support our operations, with educational institutions when needed for an application and authorized by you, or where required by law.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for counseling, application support, operational records, and legal obligations. Unlinked Meta webhook data is removed after 30 days. We use access controls, encrypted secrets, signed webhook verification, and limited administrative access to protect the CRM.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or object to certain processing. To request deletion, follow our Data Deletion Instructions.
